Hello to all Post 211 members. I hope everyone is safe and healthy.

During the General membership meeting on the 11th of March, we will be taking nominations for Commander, 1st Vice Commander and 2nd Vice Commander. To nominate a person that person must be present and willing to accept the nominations. Durning the month of May membership meeting we will have final nominations and elect new officers. Need people to step up and support the post.

A big THANK YOU goes out to Barbara Escobedo for stepping up as “Queen Mom”. The Post will now be supporting another Flower Queen Candidate for this year. We look forward for everyone to support Barbara in this endeavor. April 11 is a Chicken Enchiladas fundraiser to support our Queen Candidate. Pre-sale Tickets are $17.00 each for 1 dozen (12) and are now available for purchase. Pick up between 1400 and 1700 on April 11, come out and support our candidate.

Note for Smokers: Please reframe from using our BBQ pit as an ashtray, there are several ash trays available for use in the smoking area. We take pride in our BBQing and we don’t like smelling BUTTS! If this continues, I will be forced to MOVE the smoking area outside of the fenced area.
